With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Matt Buckley has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, professionalism and memorable customer experiences.
Beginning his career in local pubs and bars across Leicestershire, Matt has spent more than two decades as a licensed premises holder, gaining extensive knowledge of the hospitality and licensed trade. His passion for great service and creating welcoming environments has remained at the heart of everything he does.
To broaden his experience, Matt travelled and worked throughout Australia and New Zealand, managing and working in a variety of bars and hospitality venues. These international experiences helped shape his approach to customer service, event management and operational excellence before returning to the UK.
On his return, Matt founded MB Bars & Events with the vision of bringing high-quality mobile bar services to weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and community festivals. Since then, the business has grown steadily, earning a reputation for reliability, professionalism and attention to detail.
